To execute and do in my name or the name of Bume & Reif

or otherwise all such contracts deeds covenants transfers

assignments agreements and things as my said Attorney may thi

proper for the purpose of giving effect to the powers hereb;

conferred as fully and effectually as I could do if personal

present.

From time to time to appoint any other agent or other

person in my employ (trading as Bume & Reiff or otherwise) ·

any other person or persons to be an Attorney or Attorneys substitute or substitutes of my said Attorney to do execute perform all or any such matters and things as my said Attorna

is authorised to do execute and perform and the same attorn

or attorneys substitute or substitutes at pleasure to remove

and to appoint another or others in his or their place or

places.

I HEREBY RATIFY AND CONFIRM and agree to ratify and confirm all and whatsoever my said Attorney or his attorney

or attorneys substitute or substitutes shall lawfully do or

cause to be done in or about the premises and I declare that

this Power of Attorney shall be irrevocable for six calendar

months from the date hereof.

To examine state settle liquidate and adjust all or any

accounts or account and all deductions drawbacks allowances and

other clains between by or against me (trading as Bume & Reif

or otherwise) and any other person or persons firm company or

corporation.

To institute and prosecute or defend compromise or

discontinue any legal or other proceedings for the purposes

aforesaid or any of them or for the administration of the

estates of any persons companies or firms liable to me (trading

as Bume & Reif or otherwise) on any account whatsoever.

In case of any difference or dispute with, any person or

persons firm or company concerning the matters aforesaid or any

of them to submit such difference or dispute to arbitration in

such manner as my said Attorney shall think fit,

To prove rank and draw dividends upon and from the

estates or as: ets of any such person or persons companies fims

or corporations as aforesaid and to attend at any meeting of

their or any of their oreditors and then and there to vote for

or against any composition resolution or proposal and in all

other respects to act in the winding up of the estates of any

such persons companies firms and corporations as aforesaid and

in all matters relating thereto in such manner as my said

Attorney shall think fit.

To deposit any moneys belonging to me (trading as

Bume & Reif or otherwise) in the name of my said Attorney

or in my name or the name of Bume & Reif with any Bank or

financial institution and to withdraw the same from time

to time.
